The following browsers have been identified as providing reliable user experience for Q2 onLine. Some of these browsers may show minor behavioral or cosmetic differences for Q2 onLine, but generally support the use of the consumer and commercial banking application and functionality. It is always recommended to use the latest supported browser version available from the provider.
We expect (but cannot guarantee) that release 3.5.0 works with previous versions of the browsers listed. We also expect (but cannot guarantee) that previous versions of Q2onLine work with the browsers listed. If not, we may provide fixes on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the issue. To promote compatibility, on-premise Fls should be up to date on all Q2-indicated patches.
